Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products showing signs of use or wear.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after verification.
Exchange Policy
If the requested product is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible cases.
