Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Guchi
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailable or out of stock.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Payment verification issues.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
